What wedding entertainment services do you offer?

We offer professional DJ/MC services, uplighting, dance floor lighting, photo booth rentals, and special effects such as Dancing On The Clouds, Spark Fountains, a Hollywood designed Faux Snow Machine specifically tailored for weddings and premium events.

How long have you been in business?

We’ve been serving weddings and other events in Upstate South Carolina and surrounding regions for over 30 years.

What areas do you serve?

Our primary service region is Upstate South Carolina including Greenville, Anderson, Spartanburg, Oconee and Pickens counties. We also cover western North Carolina and northern Georgia. We have been hired for destination weddings as far away as the island of Saint Martin.

How do you help us plan the wedding entertainment?

We provide pre-event planning materials and meetings to customize your DJ/MC experience and ensure your wedding flows smoothly.

Can we choose our own music or make special requests?

Yes — we welcome you to specify your favorite songs, genres, and do not play list so the music reflects your style.

What if we want extra features (photo booth, lighting effects, faux snow, etc.)?

We offer customizable packages, ana ala carte selections from DJ services to full entertainment bundles with lighting, photo booths, music videos, Dancing on the Clouds, Spark Fountains  and faux snow effects.

When should we book you for our wedding date?

Book as early as possible once your venue and date are confirmed since prime dates fill up quickly.

How do you handle the flow of the reception?

Our DJs/MCs coordinate with your wedding party and vendors to ensure each special moment runs seamlessly.

What kind of equipment do you use?

We use professional grade sound systems, lighting rigs, photo booth gear, and special effects equipment for a premium experience.

What happens if something goes wrong (equipment failure, DJ illness)?

We maintain backup equipment and contingency plans so your event is always covered.

Do you require a contract and deposit?

Yes, a service agreement and deposit are required to reserve your date.

Can you provide references or examples of past weddings?

Yes, we have a gallery and testimonials from previous couples highlighting our work and attention to detail.

Are you insured?

Yes, we carry liability insurance for all events and venues.

How long will you stay at the reception?

Time Frames are detailed in the packages and agreements. Additional time is available as needed. Every party, wedding and reception is different. We are flexible.

Do you coordinate with other vendors?

Yes, we are known for working closely with your venue staff, photographer, videographer, and planner to ensure everything aligns perfectly.

What happens if my wedding is outdoors or in an unusual venue?

We have experience with all types of venues and can help you be prepared with the right setup for power, weather, and sound quality. Generators and auxiliary power are available.

How far in advance do you arrive and set up?

We typically arrive approximately 2 hours before the event to test and prepare all equipment.

What’s your cancellation or postponement policy?

Our policy is outlined in your agreement, and we’ll work with you if you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.
